A Day in a Life


The Order to Cash Supervisor leads the end‑to‑end demand capture process, ensuring timely and accurate order management across manual and electronic channels. The role ensures compliance with global O2C standards, drives continuous improvement, monitors KPIs and SLAs, resolves exceptions, and partners with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.


This role also supports Nestlé Business Services’ commitment to delivering high-quality service through Lean principles, strong stakeholder collaboration, and a people‑focused leadership approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee Demand Capture activities across manual and electronic order methods.
  • Ensure timely and accurate execution of all activities within agreed SLAs.
  • Report system failures and coordinate resolution with Centre of Competence (CoC) and Master Data teams.
  • Supervise day-to-day team operations and ensure E2E and global compliance.
  • Analyze periodic reports, create action plans, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with AR Lead and other O2C streams (Billing, Collections, Credit Analysis, Claims, Reference Data).
  • Manage escalations and promote the NCE (Nestlé Continuous Excellence) mindset using Lean tools.
  • Ensure effective documentation, audit readiness, and closure of audit findings.
  • Lead team goal‑setting, performance reviews, and capability-building efforts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (Accounting beneficial but not required).
  • At least 3 years of experience in Order to Cash, Supply Chain, or Demand Capture.
  • Experience using SAP and MS Office applications.
  • Demonstrated leadership capability and experience managing teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to implement process improvements.
  • Fluent in English and able to work effectively in a regional or multicultural environment.
  • Knowledge of Nestlé Corporate Business Principles, NCE principles, SAP, and business strategy (as required by NBS roles).
