The purpose of the role is to act as key contact of CS department, to co-ordinate and optimize CS activities and ensure that activities are dealt accurately, in time manner to guarantee maximum customer satisfaction. All in line with MDLZ policies and procedure, as well as local legal requirement.

How you will contribute

You will:

• Shared responsibility for developing Customer Supply:

  • implement MDLZ programs such as EDI, EBP, etc.

  • calculate and track EBP - provide input from CS side for agreements with distributors and direct customers to CS&L manager

  • compliance with revenue recognition and months end closings

• Accountable for participating in initiatives and projects:

  • support CS&L /OTC manager in various projects

  • support MD alignment with EDI customers

• Accountable for coordinating order processing and fulfilment tasks:

  • proactively communicate issues and opportunities within CS&L department and make recommendations

  • ensure KPI (CFR) RC are correctly and on time maintained in SAP and to drive target achievement

  • ensuring deliveries in SAP are created and submitted on time

• Accountable for correct and on time issuing of invoices.

• Accountable for ensuring that invoices/CN/DN are issued and posted correctly

• Accountable for assuring audit compliance:

  • checking of audit reports

  • approves customer claims form prepared by CS reps, prior to CN/DN issuance - assuring archiving of documents according to local legal requirements and internal policies and procedures

• Accountable for people development

  • motivate and train CS representatives -develop proper capabilities within OTC team / implement OTC capability program

Accountable for OTC process:

  • assure documents/process compliance to MDLZ/Law regulations

  • prepare and archive documents/files according to internal processes and legal requirements

  • assure that changes are managed accurately and on time

  • collect, check and archive needed documentation

  • provide input during audits

  • regular follow up on Law/regulations news/updates

  • submit various requests where appropriate (DCF, customer changes, bank details, layout requests - act as support to collaboration role

Job specific requirements:

Bulgarian and English language skills - written and spoken at advanced level is a must.

FMCG experience is preferred.
