To support this mission, Syngenta’s Order to Cash team is seeking a Order to Cash Semi Senior Analyst in Montevideo, Uruguay. This role will support the delivery of Accounts Receivable management and reconciliation, month-end close activities, customer collections, credit application reviews, and the monitoring of blocked orders.

Accountabilities

  • Prepare accurate customer aging reports, adding value through relevant analysis and clear insights.
  • Provide clear and updated information about accounts receivables to stakeholders.
  • Continual communication with internal teams concerning payment postings and bank reconciliations.
  • Elaborate and present analysis on financial performance to key stakeholders.
  • Connect regularly with customers and internal teams to Perform collection activities, align account applications and reconciliations.
  • Embody a continuous improvement mindset through all accounts receivables processes.
  • Comply and champion all requirements regarding internal and external controls, ensuring compliance across all processes.
  • Perform month end close activities in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Credit Limits Review and Blocked Orders Monitoring.

Qualifications

Required

  • Degree / Advance student of accountancy/administration.
  • Previous experience of + 2 years in administrative positions.
  • Experience in client portfolio management (managing overdue debt).
  • English: intermediate level.
  • SAP – medium level.
  • Detail oriented and highly collaborative teamwork style.
  • Capacity to work under pressure: comply with deadlines prioritizing tasks.
  • Analytical behavior and capacity to establish good relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
