Our Shared Services Center provides a broad area of services: finance and HR related, account and segment support, cockpit and reporting, sales and marketing campaigns, research and presentations, accelerators, customer experience management, data government, as well as other functions.
Primary Functions and Tasks:
As an Order to Cash (O2C) Professional, you will play an important role in ensuring smooth financial operations across projects. You will collaborate closely with international teams and stakeholders, contributing to accurate billing, effective cash flow management, and overall process efficiency. This role combines financial, accounting, and operational responsibilities within a dynamic, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Order to Cash Operations
Review CRM contract documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy.
Create, maintain, and validate contracts in SAP.
Manage billing processes and generate invoices in SAP.
Follow up on outstanding payments and support cash collection activities.
Investigate and resolve Accounts Receivable (AR) open items.
Process bank statements and perform related accounting postings.
Handle incoming and outgoing cash postings and corrections.
Billing & Invoicing
Validate timesheets and supporting billing documentation (e.g., WIP, write-offs, discrepancies) against SAP data.
Liaise directly with Engagement Managers (EMs) to clarify inconsistencies.
Prepare invoice proposals in SAP and submit them for approval.
Issue invoices and upload them to customer platforms (e.g., Ariba).
Maintain clear and professional communication with stakeholders, including international teams (e.g., BE Germany).
Contract Management
Review contract documentation using internal checklists.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve missing or inconsistent information.
Ensure contracts are accurately created and maintained in SAP.
Communication & Coordination
Monitor and manage shared mailboxes.
Work closely with internal stakeholders (finance teams, EMs, project teams).
Ensure timely resolution of queries and support process improvements where needed.
We are looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in Order to Cash or Finance Operations.
Advanced English (C1–C2).
German language skills at minimum B2 level.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
