Order to Cash Intern (O2C)

🔍 Estamos buscando un(a) Order to Cash Intern (O2C) (Pasantía).

🌟 Duración del proyecto: 6 meses
🌍 Ubicación: El Salvador

Objetivo principal: Brindar apoyo al equipo de Order to Cash en la ejecución de actividades relacionadas con conciliaciones, gestión de transacciones, cuentas por cobrar y análisis de diferencias operativas, contribuyendo a la eficiencia de los procesos y adquiriendo experiencia en operaciones financieras dentro de un Shared Service Center.

Responsabilidades

• Apoyar en procesos de conciliación y validación de transacciones financieras.

• Dar seguimiento a diferencias operativas e incidencias identificadas en los procesos.

• Colaborar en actividades de cuentas por cobrar, aplicación de pagos y atención de requerimientos internos.

• Preparar, validar y registrar información en herramientas y sistemas del área.

• Participar en la documentación de procesos y en iniciativas de mejora continua.
