About the role
Our Customer Service Intern will join the Order-to-Cash (OtC) team, focusing on providing essential support to our Customer Service Representatives and ensuring operational excellence. This role is a great opportunity to learn the end-to-cell supply chain process, from the moment an order is placed until the final payment is received.
As an OtC Customer Service Trainee, you will work on supporting order management, maintaining data accuracy, and assisting with customer documentation. You will help ensure smooth internal workflows and contribute to a high level of team efficiency. You will get the opportunity to develop a deep understanding of international business operations and have a positive impact on our team's ability to serve our global customers. We offer a 2-year internship contract under a hybrid work model (2 days per week in the office). The position requires a 30-hour weekly commitment (6 hours per day).

About the pay
Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. The base pay expected for this role is: R$ 2,100 per month in Brazil.
Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
