    We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our team in a dynamic Shared Services environment. In this role, you will support end-to-end operational processes, ensuring accurate and timely execution in line with defined SLAs, KPIs, and compliance standards.

    You will be responsible for processing transactions, monitoring performance metrics, and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure service excellence. This position also plays a key role in driving continuous improvement initiatives, identifying process gaps, and supporting the implementation of best practices.

    As part of a fast-paced and collaborative team, you will contribute to process stability, provide internal support, and act as a subject matter expert, ensuring adherence to procedures and high-quality delivery across operations

  • Required Accounting or Finance background.

  • Min 3 years of demonstrated work experience in OTC processes

  • English B2

  • Portiguese C1

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, related process domain expertise and experience, supervisory skills

  • 1-3 years of experience in leading and motivating a team to achieve goals

  • Working knowledge of ERP’s

  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills, with the ability and confidence to operate at senior levels within client and Accenture organizations

  • Excel

  • Strong customer service orientation (internal and external)

  • Focus on team goals
