In this opportunity as a Temporary Order to Cash Accounting Intern- Part Time , you will:
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end Order to Cash process within the automotive industry, including order management, billing, collections, and dispute resolution.
• Study internal process maps, and compliance guidelines specific to automotive supply chains.
• Shadow experienced team members to observe daily operations Billing and Invoicing.
• Support invoice generation and delivery (invoiced upload). Learn about different billing types (production & manual Invoices). Understand tax implications and invoice compliance (CFDI). Accounts Receivable & Collections.
• Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Draft customer communications for payment reminders.
• Learn to log and escalate collection issues
• Must be an active student of the last years of Accounting, Business Administration or Finance in an accredited School.
• Advanced English skills.
• Schedule availability.
• Must have strong work ethics and be well organized and a self-starter
• Able to follow standard filing procedures
• Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable
