WAGO is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Order Services professional to join our dynamic team and play a vital role in our daily operations. In this position, you will perform essential sales and order management duties in strict accordance with our procedures and methods to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction. You will serve as a key point of contact for processing transactions, maintaining high operational standards and supporting our broader sales objectives.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience
  • Proficient use of ten-key calculator and keypunch skills
  • Computer skills with experience in Word, Excel & Outlook
  • Demonstrated ability to follow through and prioritize multiple tasks
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Professional and friendly demeanor

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Implement scanning requirements for Customer Service Department
  • Invoicing – Match and enter online invoices
  • Orders – Accurately enter daily customer sales orders
  • Use of various programs: SAP ERP, SAP CRM, EDI, and DocXScan to process orders
  • Review backlog of orders to assure orders are released in a timely manner
  • Participate in on going product training and product update meetings
  • Under the ISO Quality Manual, obtain knowledge of how to access and properly utilize the manual
  • Ensure compliance to WAGO’s safety policy and OSHA; All current or new procedures must comply
  • Communicate via e-mail or phone with customer and WAGO Regional Sales Managers on order related issues like pricing, parts number, or delivery dates
  • Work directly with all departments within WAGO to properly process customer orders
  • Use ELO-Connect to archive customer orders and e-mail correspondence to the SAP order
