What You’ll Do
- Accurately, safely, and efficiently pick food and supply orders from shelves and storage areas using electric pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Demonstrate knowledge of product packaging and build pallets with dry, refrigerated, and frozen items.
- Apply labels accurately and ensure products are stacked, organized, and securely wrapped for shipment.
- Operate voice-directed order selection systems according to job requirements.
- Follow safe body mechanics and Accident Prevention Program (APP) protocols.
- Comply with federal and state regulations including HAZMAT, OSHA, and food safety requirements.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain productivity standards in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications
- Ability to perform basic math calculations.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English as it relates to the job and safety regulations.
- Ability to meet productivity standards in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to support a team environment with reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Must be willing to work nights.
- Must be willing to work in a variety of temperatures, including working in the freezer.
- Must be able to pass a drug test.
Preferred

Qualifications
- Prior distribution center or warehouse experience helpful, but not required.
Physical Demands
- Frequent lifting of 10–80 pounds and occasional lifting up to 100 pounds.
- Ability to work in a multi-temperature warehouse environment, including freezer conditions as low as -10°F.
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the work shift.
- Frequent use of hands and arms to operate warehouse equipment and handle product.
