Key Order Selector Job Responsibilities

• Schedule: Full time , 4 days/week, 3PM start time, overtime required
• Order Selection: Read and assemble customer orders accurately and place completed selections onto pallets for shipping.
• Quality Assurance: Inspect products to ensure all items meet company standards for quality and freshness.
• Labeling & Identification: Mark orders, materials, and products with identifying information or labels as required.
• Inventory Accuracy: Weigh or count items for distribution to confirm accuracy against customer orders.
• Equipment Operation: Safely move products using handcarts, pallet jacks, and forklifts between storage, production, and dock areas.
• Organization: Sort and store products on racks, bins, and pallets according to size, type, grade, ripeness, or product code.

Qualifications

• Age (Required) Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Experience (Preferred) 1 year of experience with produce, a warehouse environment, order selection, or material handling.
• Equipment Operation Ability to learn and safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material transport equipment.
• Work Ethic and Reliability Must demonstrate a strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to safety and accuracy in all tasks.
• Teamwork and Collaboration Ability to work effectively in a team environment to meet operational goals and maintain productivity standards.
