RESPONSIBILITY LEVEL:

- Under general direction, receives orders from Order Management thru Oracle system

(IBS) and confirms of receives to MRP system, edits on MRP system, verifies material list

generated from MRP system against what’s been requested for the client, programs the

product for its fabrication, liberates weekly fabrication orders, receives spare parts orders,

coils, either being from Order Management or services, verifies available materials and

program mates it.

- Lead Daily Management on order status from BOM competition and/or new parts not

quoted

- New Orders Capacity Allocation (Promise Date IBS)

PRINCIPAL DUTIES:

1. Receives and process orders from Order management.

2. Confirms receive orders on MRP system.

3. Edits orders on MRP system.

4. Loads material list on MRP system.

5. Reviews spare parts orders

6. Lead Daily Management

7. Develops production programs.

8. New Orders Capacity Allocation

Planning Manager

REQUIREMENTS:

Vocational Training on refrigeration, materials, English or equivalent experience are required, planning, MAPICS software, SAP. Professional recognition and industry networking are desired, and a strong personal computer working capabilities in MS Office Suite.

HIRING SALARY RANGE:

$80,000 - $90,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.)
