As the OutboundQuality Specialist (internally known as Keeper of the Stockpile) you willperform an essential function acting as a liaison between our Fulfillment Center Customer Service team.Our Order Quality Specialists are responsible for resolving inventory discrepancies on orders being assembled for shipment, including missing parts, incorrect quantities, and mixed orders. In our Distribution Center, Order Quality Specialists also play a key role in maintaining the quality and accuracy of Parts Town’ssales orders.

The salary range for this role is $43,993.80 – $53,720.20 annually ($21.15 – $25.82 hourly) which is based on including but not limited to qualifications, experience, and geographical location. Parts Town is a pay for performance-company. In addition to base pay, some roles offer a profit-sharing program, and an annual bonus depending on the role.
