Position Title: Order Quality Assurance (Clothing Design)

Schedule: 8:00 PM - 5:00 AM PHT

Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark, Pampanga

Quick Rundown:

We are seeking an energetic, dedicated, and detail-oriented Order Quality Assurance (Clothing Design) to support our order processing team. This role is critical in ensuring all customer orders are complete, accurate, and fully prepared before submission to production—helping eliminate delays and maintain a high standard of service. This position requires a tenacious individual who thrives on precision, efficiency, and accountability, and who can confidently manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, remote team environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Review and verify customer orders for completeness and accuracy prior to production submission
• Ensure all required details, specifications, and documentation are properly entered
• Identify and correct errors or missing information to prevent production delays
• Collaborate closely with Customer Service Representatives, Customer
• Operations Manager and internal teams to resolve discrepancies
• Maintain high standards of data accuracy and quality control across all orders
• Communicate clearly and professionally with team members regarding order issues or updates
• Support process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors
• You'll play a key role in ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction by helping deliver error-free orders to production. Your work will directly impact efficiency, turnaround times, and overall customer experience.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–5+ Years in Order Processing: Specific experience in the Promotional Products or Apparel industry.
• QA Mindset: A proven track record of identifying data entry errors in high-volume, complex order environments.
• High Attention to Detail: Ability to manage "Variable Data" (e.g., a single order for 25 different jerseys with unique names/sizes).
• Tech Proficiency: Experience with Order Management Systems (OMS) or ERPs used in the manufacturing/apparel space.
