Job Summary


The Production Builder Order Processing Specialist is a vital member of the team, responsible for


managing the high-volume workflow of production builder projects. This role involves the accurate


translation of purchase orders from various builder portals into our internal QXM system. A


successful OPS member will build and maintain strong relationships with builder superintendents,


ensuring all projects are processed with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to company


standards.


Key Responsibilities


  • Builder Portal Management:

    Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned builder portals, actively monitoring for new purchase orders, managing project updates, and ensuring all data is current.


  • Purchase Order Translation:

    Accurately translate and input all project details from builder purchase orders into the QXM platform, including material, scope, and specifications.


  • Client Relationship Development:

    Proactively develop and maintain strong working relationships with client superintendents and support staff to facilitate clear communication and resolve issues efficiently.


  • Process Adherence:

    Diligently follow all established systems and processes to ensure consistency and prevent errors in high-volume production.


  • Communication & Collaboration:

    Serve as the central communication hub between the sales team, client superintendents, and internal departments to keep projects on track from start to finish.


  • Problem Resolution:

    Identify and troubleshoot potential issues with purchase orders or project details, escalating to leadership when necessary.


  • Exhibit Strong Core Behaviors:

Requirements


Required Skills & Qualifications


  • Proven experience in a high volume data entry, order processing, or administrative role, preferably within the construction or building materials industry.


  • Experience with builderspecific portals and a strong understanding of the builder production process.


  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.


  • Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build professional relationships.


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.


  • Proficiency with project management software (QXM, Stone Profits, etc.) and Microsoft Office.
