Job Description

This position is responsible for all aspects of end-to-end sales order fulfillment, communicating with customers and internal departments to ensure the on-time delivery, and solve all related issues during the whole O2C process. Also, responsible to make sure the Customer master data，Price structure and other system setting up are well maintained by working with internal partners to facilitate all the information.

Main Responsibilities & Tasks

• Check contract terms and related documents, make sure the contract accuracy.
• Manage the contracts/agreements / SFDC quotations in file.
• Create quotation, enter orders, place PO, create delivery slips and invoicing in SAP
• Follow up the backorder with Manufacture site and headquarters for allocation.
• Contact with finance dept to ensure the on time unblocking of order/delivery in time.
• Communicate with warehouse and follow up with the correct shipment handover to forwarder.
• Maintain correct customer master and materials master data in SAP.
• Work close with AS, PM, Service, and headquarters to handle claim orders.
• Handle return shipment from customers/warehouse/logistic
• Reports from SAP and BW and Data analysis
• Support other projects and Process improvement tasks.

Qualifications & Skills

• University degree, major in Business and Trade
• 3-5years' working experience in order processing dept. Service & detail orientated.
• SAP is Must and Fluent in both oral and written English
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to be versatile and flexible with internal teams and customers, while effectively influencing others and managing outcomes
• Logical, self-motivated, energetic, results oriented, skillful for handle multi-tasks, quick learner and can work under high pressure.
• Good MS Office skills, Word, Excel, PPT is must.
