Eaton’s ES AMER ARS PDCAD division is currently seeking a Order Planning Specialist.
The hours for this role are 7:00AM to 4:00PM
The hourly rate for this position is $28 per hour per hour.

Eaton announced, on June 11, 2026, the intent to combine its Mobility Group (including both the Vehicle and eMobility segments) with a new company. The Order Planning Specialist is responsible for reviewing, supporting, and maintaining the Master Production Schedule (MPS). This role is accountable for executing production plans for both subassemblies and finished goods (FG), while applying planning best practices to meet business requirements and customer stakeholder expectations. In addition, the Order Planning Specialist is responsible for creating and managing Manufacturing Orders (MOs), Customer Orders (COs), and other related activities to ensure optimal production output, on-time delivery, and achievement of key performance objectives established by management.
This role works cross-functionally with manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, and customer teams to support operational excellence, drive schedule adherence, and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and Critical Outputs:
• Manage inventory levels for subassemblies and finished goods (FG) to ensure material availability while maintaining optimal inventory performance.
• Support Supply Chain corporate objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs), and operational goals.
• Coordinate production plans aligned with the MPS and coordinate monthly, weekly, and daily production targets to meet customer and business requirements.
• Monitor production performance against the production plan, financial commitments, and ROJs.
• Manage and maintain planning parameters within MRP and ERP systems to support accurate demand planning, scheduling, and inventory management.
• Leverage business intelligence and process automation tools, including Power BI and Power Apps, to improve planning processes, reporting, and operational efficiency.
• Manage customer orders and Manufacturing Orders (MOs) within MRP and ERP systems, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
• Support shortage review meetings to proactively identify potential material constraints, establish priorities, and provide guidance to the Purchasing team based on production requirements and the MPS.
• Support Master Production Scheduling (MPS) activities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives as required to meet evolving business needs.
• Ensure alignment between production schedules, material availability, and customer delivery commitments to achieve on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
Education and Minimum Experience Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in supply chain management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
• No relocation benefit is offered for this position.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bilingual in Spanish / English
• Experience with inventory management software and ERP systems, manufacturing, material planning, and inventory control (0–3 years Minimum)
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, S&OP, TOC, and Capacity Management.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Power Bi, SQL, and VBA, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Knowledge in inventory control and management theory as well as production planning methodologies.
• Problem-Solving mentality addressing challenges and finding effective ways forward applying (A3, 8D, 5 whys tools)
