We currently have an exciting opportunity as an Order Picker Student. This role is based in our Calgary Distribution Centre and reports to the Distribution Centre Manager.

The Order Picker Student will be responsible for accurately and quickly servicing a fast-paced client base while maintaining the highest quality and safety standards in the industry.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with housekeeping standards

• Accurately pick, assemble, and stage customer orders for shipment

• Load and unload trucks using a counterbalance forklift in a safe and efficient manner

• Perform daily pre-operational inspections of mobile equipment and report any defects

• Pick and pack products from warehouse racking according to order specifications

• Process completed orders by preparing cartons and documentation for shipment

• Build products securely onto pallets and wrap/label pallets for outbound shipment

• Proactively report safety, security, or equipment concerns to the direct supervisor

• Communicate inventory discrepancies, damages, or delays clearly and promptly with team members

Knowledge and skill requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a College or University program, preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field

• Experience working in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment preferred

• Familiarity with RF scanners and remote printers is an asset

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities

• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Ability to multitask, work efficiently under deadlines, and collaborate in a team-based environment

• Previous experience operating Order Pickers and/or Reach Forklifts is an asset but not required

• Available for a Full Time position during Summer 2026
