Immediate Openings for Order Picker Operator in the Union, Ohio area.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Order Picker Operator to join our team. This role is responsible for accurately selecting, handling, and preparing customer orders for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners, pick tickets, or voice systems
• Operate order picker equipment and/or pallet jacks safely and efficiently
• Verify product quantities and inspect items for damage or defects
• Label, stage, and prepare orders for shipping
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Assist with inventory counts and restocking as needed

Qualifications:

• Required: Prior order picking experience in a warehouse setting
• Experience operating an order picker or similar equipment preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity goals
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Schedule: 1st Shift 6AM-2:30PM

Pay: $21-21.50/hr
