The Opportunity
This position works at Umraniye location in the International Finance Division.
What You’ll Do
• Ensure that the Order Operations Department delivers the most effective service to our customers in order to achieve Abbott Turkey’s goal of excellence in customer satisfaction at global standards, and to monitor and publish indicators measuring the efficiency of customer services.
• Manage order operations processes and the team while identifying customer needs and expectations and develop action plans for the Order Operations team based on the insights gathered.
• Review existing policies, procedures, and processes; establish action plans to continuously improve order operations activities by eliminating and/or reducing non-value-added activities for customers.
• Act as a point of contact serving as a bridge between the customer and the departments supported, particularly on matters impacting customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration and continuously improve order operations processes while ensuring data accuracy, KPI achievement, and timely resolution of issues and deviations.
• Monitor and analyze actual sales against inventory levels and monthly planned sales figures for the supported divisions and communicate the results to the relevant stakeholders.
• Manage order entry and inventory-related processes by using allocation and blockage controls to ensure the right product is sold to the right customer in the correct quantity, while effectively handling overstock, returns, price differences, and rebate processes with timely and accurate system entries.
• Ensure accurate and compliant order processes, including order entry, invoicing, pricing validation, delivery dates, and KPI tracking with necessary corrective actions.
• Lead team performance and development by managing goals, compliance, performance systems, and employee growth while ensuring effective communication, onboarding, and continuous development.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
• University degree.
• Solid experience in the related field, with preferably at least 5 years of experience in order operations, SAP, customer relations/customer satisfaction.
• Experience in stakeholder management across cross-functional teams.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a continuous improvement approach.
• Strong process improvement mindset.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to promote teamwork in a cross-functional teamwork setting.
• Strong financial acumen.
• Excellent verbal, writing and presentation skills.
• Fluency in English.
