We are Looking for a Order Operations Associate who will be responsible for managing end-to-end order fulfillment, optimizing logistics, and supporting distributors efficiently located in Erbil, Iraq
• Processing daily replenishment and on-demand orders for distributors in an accurate and timely manner.
• Ensuring orders are fulfilled in alignment with optimal logistics cost parameters, balancing service levels with cost efficiency.
• Identifying and evaluating alternative sourcing options at minimum cost when supply constraints exist at the primary source.
• Reviewing orders at the item level to ensure accuracy and consistency, eliminating the risk of incorrect or incomplete deliveries, and assigning the appropriate reason codes where applicable.
• Finalizing orders through load building and truck sizing optimization to maximize transport utilization.
• Balancing stock levels across distributors by executing shared allocation runs and ensuring adherence to the Fair Share distribution system.
• Identifying and escalating order gaps to relevant stakeholders including Order Fulfillment, Demand Planning, and Production Planning teams.
• Managing distributor communication regarding order statuses, updates, and resolution of outstanding issues.
• Acting as the connection between distributors and the operations team to improve distributor engagement and resolve order operations-related issues effectively.
• Verifying that all fulfilled orders meet distributor receipt standards, including FEFO (First Expired, First Out) compliance and pallet standards conformity.
• Handling and resolving distributor complaints received through the call center and ensuring timely feedback is provided to the call center back office.
• Planning and creating shipments to support the achievement of the daily sell-in target while preventing logistics capacity overload at month-end.
• Generating and distributing required reports covering inventory levels, stock status, and customer credit limit positions.
• Coordinating with the credit and finance teams to flag and follow up on blocked orders due to credit limit breaches.
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the order fulfillment process by identifying recurring issues and proposing corrective actions.
• Maintaining accurate order records and ensuring system data integrity across relevant platforms ERP/WMS (SAP).
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Fresh graduate/ 1 year of experience
