For our Procurement team based in ALEBS, Lisbon, Portugal we are looking for different profiles:
Order Management Specialist (m/f)

Spot Buy Specialist (m/f)
You are the engine of our supply chain. You will be responsible for maintaining process integrity and empowering internal stakeholders to deliver best-in-class performance. By applying to this posting, you will be considered for the role that best aligns with your profile and expertise.
Depending on your specific area of focus (Order Management, Requestor Support, or Spot Buying), your missions will include:
Process Management: Overseeing the end-to-end Purchase Requisition (PR) to Purchase Order (PO) workflow, ensuring 100% compliance and operational efficiency.
Sourcing & Tactical Buying:Executing the "Spot Buy" process, including quotation requests and commercial negotiations (price, T&Cs) to ensure optimal supplier selection and cost savings.
Stakeholder Support (Buying Desk): Acting as the primary point of contact for procurement-related inquiries, providing high-quality troubleshooting and support to internal users.
Compliance & Audit: Performing rigorous checks on incoming transactions to uphold the integrity of Air Liquide’s global procurement standards.
Discrepancy Resolution: Partnering with Finance and Operations to resolve invoice discrepancies linked to pricing or commercial terms, ensuring a smooth payment cycle.
Continuous Improvement: Participating in knowledge transfer initiatives and preparing training materials to enhance the adoption of procurement systems and best practices.

Are you a MATCH?
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Communications, or a related field.
Experience:1–3 years of professional experience in procurement, accounts payable, or a high-volume customer service/help desk role.
Technical Proficiency:Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred), Microsoft Excel, and Google Workspace. Knowledge of Coupa and SAP S4 systems is preferred.
Linguistic Skills: English language skills and one additional European language are mandatory
Soft Skills: You have a customer-centric mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to solve complex commercial discrepancies under tight deadlines.
