Order Management Specialist DACH (all genders)
Join our Order Management team and be responsible for managing orders for Health System products on DACH market.
Your role:
Managing complex orders with the use of SAP and other supporting tools
Being responsible for end-to-end process order booking, order changes, product & pricing information, handling complaints, return process
Maintaining good communication with stakeholders (Key Account Managers, Project Managers, Production Planning, Warehouse team and other departments within Philips)
Reporting, monitoring and control of order book in an organized and compliant manner (ICS/SOx)
You're the right fit if:
You have some experience within Supply Chain (especially Order Management) or Logistics
You speak fluent English language (B2 level or higher)
You have knowledge of SAP - nice to have
You are an excellent problem solver and have good organization skills
You are a team player with good communication skills
