Order Management Specialist (All genders)

As Order Management Specialist you will join Philips’ Supply Chain. We welcome applications from both junior- and mid-level experience specialists.
Join our Order Management team that is responsible for managing orders for Health System products. In our Philips HS portfolio you can find our well-known products such as cardio monitors, ultrasound, defibrillators and diagnostic imaging equipment. Our customers are the most innovative hospitals around the world.

Your role:

  • Managing complex orders with use of SAP and other supporting tools.

  • Being responsible for end-to-end process: order intake, order changes, product & pricing information, handling complaints, return process.

  • Maintaining good communication with stakeholders (Key Account Managers, Project Managers, Production Planning and other departments within Philips).

  • Providing excellent customer service for our customers.

  • Reporting, monitoring and control of order book in an organized and compliant manner (ICS/SOx).

You're the right fit if:

  • You have a bachelor degree i in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations or equivalent.

  • Previous experience within Supply Chain (especially Order Management) or Logistics is considered a plus

  • You have fluent English language (C1 level or higher), feeling comfortable in communication with stakeholders.

  • You are a problem solver with good organizational skills (time management, work management).

  • You are team player with strong communication skills.

  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).

  • Working knowledge of SAP (or other ERP) would be an advantage
