We are currently looking for an Order Management Specialist Reporting to Trade Assets Lead Specialist, this professional will be responsible to ensure support on end-to-end management of coffee machines and spare-parts orders for Nestlé Professional (Obsidian Project). The role acts as a key operational link between Nestlé markets and suppliers, ensuring effective order execution, timely follow-up and resolution of order-related requests.The position requires a combination of order management, stakeholder coordination, SAP and process discipline, and proactive follow-up, contributing to a reliable and efficient end-to-end Trade Assets operation.
-Manage and follow up Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs) throughout the order lifecycle.
-Coordinate with suppliers regarding order placement,
-Order Confirmations and production readiness.
-Maintain visibility of open orders and proactively identify situations requiring follow-up or escalation.
-Act as an operational point of contact between markets, suppliers and relevant internal stakeholders for Order Management topics.
-Follow up market requests and ensure stakeholders receive appropriate resolution and visibility.
-Coordinate with suppliers to ensure production timelines and cargo readiness are properly communicated.
-Monitor operational indicators related to PRs, POs, supplier confirmations and production.Support the identification and follow-up of exceptions, including PRs awaiting approval, approved PRs without a PO, POs awaiting approval and POs not yet confirmed by suppliers.
-Ensure orders are properly reflected in the relevant systems and operational reporting.
-Contribute to the achievement of agreed service levels and continuous process improvement.
