About the role:
Every myPOS terminal that reaches a customer has gone through this desk first.
As the Order Management Specialist, you're the one holding the thread between the order coming in and the terminal actually landing on someone's counter - inventory, invoicing, the logistics partner, and the teams that need fast, reliable answers along the way. You'll see the business from a vantage point most people don't get: where sales commitments meet warehouse reality.
What you’ll do:
Manage the entire order lifecycle, from receipt to shipment through our logistics partner
Prepare invoices and documentation - the numbers need to close, no approximating, and keep inventory levels under control
Coordinate daily with the logistics partner on shipments, deliveries and returns
Make sure what arrives at the customer's door is what they actually ordered
Work closely with Sales, Customer Support and Finance
Manage sales and orders of additional terminals for existing myPOS customers
Monitor online reviews and comments, and know when a case needs a commercial follow-up
This role is perfect for you if you have:
Prior experience in Order Management, Sales Administration, Customer Service or Logistics
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
Good command of English for internal tools and communication
Interest in logistics and operational processes
A collaborative mindset and appetite to grow in a dynamic environment
