What you'll be doing:

• Manage sales orders from input to completion, ensuring flawless execution.

• Track all received data and source documents, focusing strictly on data accuracy and attention to detail.

• Coordinate the order fulfillment process and manage order delinquencies.

• Coordinate with the account team and sales administrator to address and resolve order-related issues.

• Adjust to a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and urgent deadlines, ensuring tasks are completed on time.

What we need to see:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.

• Business-related coursework is preferred.

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

• Proficient with spreadsheets; SAP experience is a plus.

• Experience in a high-tech business environment is desired.
