Order Management Specialist

What you will do

Working with sales and the company’s customers to ensure the smooth and effective processing of orders. Responsible to process delivery and collection of orders, checking product availability and order details, booking deliveries and resolving any customer queries to ensure that customer orders are shipped on time, respecting the SLA agreed with markets in terms of order to deliver time, and to guarantee that shipments are assigned to the correct carriers to ensure the cost target.

Main responsibilities:

• Daily processing of all orders received and checking of order details

• Verify that customer orders are not blocked and in case of contact the different departments to unblock the orders

• Work with planning team to ensure customer orders can be fulfilled on time and in full and in case of back orders and give feedback about possible availability date

• Mange Booking of deliveries with customers

• Delivery/customer dispute resolution and process all customer claims and book them and ask for issuing CN/DN

• Manage promo orders

• Manage consumables orders

• Manage direct deliveries and combined with finish goods

• Prepare the documentation to get the certificate of origin

• Issue the export invoices

What you need to succeed

Education University degree in Economics, Engineering management

Languages Fluent English; any other foreign language would be a plus

Skills

• Good interpersonal and networking skills

• Ability to balance multiple tasks
