The Order Management Specialist. This role is responsible for reviewing and processing supply requests, creating and managing proforma invoices and purchase orders in SAP, coordinating approvals and payments, and monitoring production and shipping schedules. Additional responsibilities include managing logistics reports, tracking shipments, updating inventory, processing changes in SAP, handling export documentation, and addressing customer claims.
We are looking for a professional with at least 3 years of experience in import and export operations, ideally in fast-paced, multinational environments.
