Reports to: Global Freight & OM Manager.

Location: Afek Industrial Park, Rosh Ha'ayin

The Order Management Specialist will own the order management process for Kornit Digital IL,

executing all facets related to customer orders and partnering with logistics to provide top notch service.

What will you do?

• Reporting to Global Freight & OM Manager, create and execute a flawless, customer-centric process encompassing order to invoice
• Point of contact for customers for all sales orders, returns, exchanges for Kornit regions with a focus on high-value capital equipment orders, working with senior management of the sales team on highly complex tailored transactions
• Coordination of domestic and international Freight and Logistics methods for capital equipment ensuring on-time delivery to customers
• Ensure accuracy of price quotes, sales prices and discounts to customers
• Monitor KPIs for the department to reach top tier status
• Support Global Freight & OM Manager in ad-hoc strategic projects

Requirements

What should you have?

• Associates or Bachelor’s Degree
• Capital Equipment experience is highly desirable
• 3+ Years of experience in Customer Service, Logistics or operations, desired
• Creative problem-solver with a talent for relationship management
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and in high-pressure environments
• Superb communication skills
