Your profile should look like this:

• Degreed in: Economical Engineering in any technical domain
• Language: English - advanced
• Specific knowledge: Excel, Microsoft Office, Order Management
• Availability for occasional traveling inside and abroad, mainly for training
• Customer service skills
• Communication skills (verbal and non-verbal, clear in writing, critical listening and conflict management)
• Flexibility and problem solving skills (change management, analytical thinking, self-assessment and improvement)
• Ability to connect with different people, different hierarchical levels inside and outside the company
• Organizational skills (time management, priorities, in collaboration with different colleagues)

What will you do in your day-to-day job:

• Supervise the follow-up of large customers' production order, ensuring the registration of requests for quotations, guaranteeing delivery commitment/plant pre-booking production, receiving and processing purchase orders, assuring purchase order fulfillment and responding to customers' needs and expectations.
• Involve in those request for quotations received from Tenaris Commercial Front End defined as complex, analyzing requirements and providing advisory to CFE in all the topics considered critical related to the complexity of the offer: logistics, deliveries, business scheme, with the objective of securing the fulfilment of what it is offered and anticipate potential problems that might appear during the execution of the business.
• Supervise the process of Purchase Orders.
• Supervise the operability of the order before expiration date.
• Assure the fulfilment of purchase orders as required.
