You’ll create impact by:
  • End-to-End Order Management: Orchestrate the full order lifecycle—from creation to fulfillment—using SAP (SD/Logistics) and Microsoft 365 Copilot to ensure maximum accuracy and operational efficiency.
  • Strategic Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales, Production, Logistics, and Finance teams to align order requirements, resolve constraints, and guarantee seamless execution.
  • Proactive Issue Resolution & AI Integration: Monitor order statuses to identify and resolve discrepancies in pricing or delivery, leveraging Copilot to summarize complex communications and streamline stakeholder updates.
  • Process Optimization & Automation: Drive best practices and automation within SAP and M365 tools to improve data quality and significantly reduce order cycle times.
  • Compliance & Audit Readiness: Ensure strict adherence to company policies, contractual terms, and quality standards, maintaining high customer satisfaction and full audit readiness.
Your defining qualities:
  • Professional Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Order Management, Supply Chain, or Logistics.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong expertise in SAP (SD/Logistics) and Microsoft 365; hands-on experience with AI tools (Copilot) is a significant advantage.
  • Operational Excellence: Deep understanding of the end-to-end order-to-cash cycle with a focus on process optimization, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, and Production).
  • Language Skills: Full professional proficiency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal) to support local and international stakeholders.
