The position

By joining our company, you will gain comprehensive insight into Order Management processes within Forecast to Cash stream. During your internship, you will learn to work with various tools and systems and gradually take on a range of Order Management-related tasks.

As an intern, you will support the team in daily operations while developing your knowledge and skills in an international environment.

Our 6-month paid internship program (contract of mandate) offers a flexible start date and working hours tailored to your availability – both full-time and part-time options are possible. We operate in a hybrid model and meet on-site in our Wroclaw office at least three days per week.

Tasks & responsibilities

As an Intern in Order Management Team, you are responsible for:

• performing analysis and providing solutions of errors occurring in sale orders entry interfaces,
• reviewing and handling correction of incomplete sales orders in alignment with local customer service and IT team within service level agreements by correcting wrong data in the system,
• performing daily review of billing process in SAP and ensuring that all documents relevant and due for billing are created and posted to accounting in a timely manner,
• performing month-end activities,

About the future Boehringer Ingelheim Intern

A strong command of the English language at minimum B2 level, along with willingness to continuously learn and develop in the role.

Additionally, we are looking for:

• Students or graduates interested in the Forecast to Cash area (for instance, but not limited to Finance and Accounting, International Business, Logistics).
• Good personal and organizational skills.
• Empathy, team spirit and solution-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with MS 365 Office would be considered as an advantage.
