In this role, you will be part of our newly established Central Order Management & Export team in Erfurt, ensuring that our global distributors and key accounts receive exceptional service. More about the role

• Process and validate customer orders in SAP R3, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries
• Coordinate with sales, logistics, and finance teams to resolve order or delivery issues
• Ensure compliance with export regulations and prepare required export documentation

• Communicate proactively with customers regarding order status, delays, and shipments

• Arrange global transportation in close collaboration with our distribution center
• Monitor and track international shipments to ensure safe and on-time arrival
• Support return processing and generate necessary documentation
• Contribute to departmental projects and maintain up-to-date process documentation

More about you

• Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification
• 3+ years of experience in order management and export
• Strong knowledge of export regulations and documentation

• Proficient in SAP (Order-to-Cash, returns, logistics) and Microsoft Office

• Fluent in German (B2 or higher) and good English skills (B1 or higher)
• Strong sense of responsibility, urgency, and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to stay focused under pressure

Nice to have:


• Certification in foreign trade or dangerous goods (IATA)
• Experience in an international company
