As an Order Management Coordinator, you will act as the operational voice of customer within the supply chain operation, being responsible for order management, planning and aligning internally & externally an efficient monthly execution, following up monthly execution versus plan, reporting sales progress & service KPIs, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. You will play a key role in coordinating stakeholders, optimizing logistics processes, mitigating supply risks through teamwork, and supporting global projects to maintain high service levels and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Order Management & Customer Demand Review:
    • Receive customer orders.
    • Validate incoming orders (portfolio alignment / regulatory requirements / product availability / SIT days agreed).
  • Monthly order execution:
    • Align monthly execution plan with In Market Logistics, defining quantities and delivery timelines, considering customer shipment requirements.
    • Ensure customer alignment to proposed quantities and delivery schedules.
  • Customer Operation Coordination:
    • Act as the primary operational liaison between customers and the organization.
    • Receive, manage, and coordinate customer operational requests across internal functions.
    • Ensure timely resolution of customer-related operational issues.
  • Monitor committed sales product availability:
    • Monitor the availability of products committed for sale, ensuring committed sales are aligned to product availability.
    • Coordinate recoverable stock priorities closely with Product Availability, Inventory & Repacking, Quality, and Supply teams.
  • Performance and fulfillment tracking:
    • Review weekly sales invoicing and shipment execution.
    • Generate and communicate fulfillment performance reports / PPTs.
    • Track and report OTIF (On Time In Full) performance to measure customer service levels.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting:
    • Utilize Excel, Power BI, and Power Query to analyze operational data and monitor KPIs.
    • Maintain visibility of operational performance through dashboards and reporting tools.
    • Support data-driven decision-making across the supply chain.
  • Compliance:
    • Support internal and external audits related to the order management process.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
    • Participate in and execute operational and business improvement projects.

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with the required skills to achieve our goals:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Distribution Planning, Logistics, or related areas.
  • Languages: Spanish & English written and oral, advance level.
  • Experience coordinating activities across multiple stakeholders and functions.
  • Knowledge of ERP system.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience working within a matrix organization.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive change.
  • Enterprise mindset and customer-focused approach.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge in SAP.
  • Supply Chain Certification.
  • Proven planning and organizational capabilities.
  • Experience simplifying and improving business processes.
  • Experience managing shipping operations, import/export processes, and customs documentation.
