Duties/Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and process customer orders.
- Resolve issues that may arise during the order process.
- Coordinate with warehouse and shipping teams to facilitate timely order fulfillment.
- Pull out of stock and tracking information.
- Update relevant databases.
- Provide updates to customers on the status of an order.

Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of experience in customer service or order management.
- Proficiency Microsoft Office and basic Excel skills required.
- Experience with Oracle preferred.
- Knowledge of order management principles and best practices preferred.
- Excellent organizational, time management and written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to identify and resolve issues that may arise during the order process, coordinating with warehouse and shipping teams to facilitate timely order fulfillment.
- Ability to work on computer for long periods.
