The Associate order Management is responsible for Customer Order Processing & Invoicing.

This position reports to the Sr Manager Operations and is part of the Supply chain department, located in Bangalore and will be an on-site role

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

· Customer Order Evaluation.

• Review and validate customer purchase orders
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements and company policies
• Coordinate with sales, logistics, customer service, and finance teams.
• Support timely order fulfilment and revenue recognition.
• Customer Order Invoicing.
• Generate and process customer invoices accurately and on time.
• Validate order details, pricing, taxes, and billing information.
• Support revenue recognition and month-end closing activities.
• Monitor invoice status and address customer billing queries.
• Independently handle customer queries.
• Respond to customer queries through email, phone, or other communication channels.
• Coordinate with internal teams to provide accurate information and solutions.
• Maintain clear communication and follow up on open requests.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence

The essential requirements of the job include

3-5 years relevant experience in order processing, end to end

Any Relevant graduation in Commerce / Management·

Order processing Accuracy.

Customer Focus

Strong communication skill.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• MSCRM
• Microsoft D365
