ABOUT THE ROLE
The Order and Inventory Management System (OMS) Manager will oversee and optimize our OMS and related fulfillment operations. This role owns day-to-day OMS administration, including integrations, configuration, data integrity, SLA compliance, troubleshooting, and user support, ensuring accurate and timely order processing while driving continuous improvement.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Administer OIMS: configure workflows, order routing, inventory rules, user roles/permissions, templates, and system settings.
Manage integrations: support the design, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot integrations between OMS and ERP, e-commerce platforms, WMS, shipping carriers, EDI providers, and third-party logistics (3PL) partners.
Data management: ensure accurate OIMS master data (products, SKUs, pricing, inventory, locations); run imports/exports, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain data validation rules.
User & operational support: act as the primary point of contact for internal users and operations teams; troubleshoot OIMS issues, prioritize support tickets, and coordinate resolutions with vendor support.
Release & change management: manage configuration updates, support UAT testing, coordinate release schedules, maintain rollback plans, and document system or process changes.
Performance monitoring & optimization: monitor KPIs (order throughput, processing time, error rates), identify bottlenecks, and recommend configuration or process improvements.
Security & compliance: manage user access controls, maintain audit logs, and partner with IT on system security, regulatory, and privacy requirements.
Vendor management: act as liaison with OIMS support; escalate issues and coordinate system updates, enhancements, or roadmap discussions.
Training & documentation: develop user guides, maintain system documentation, and provide onboarding and training for new users.
Reporting & analytics: maintain operational dashboards and generate reports on fulfillment performance, order exceptions, and trends.
Project support: participate in cross-functional initiatives such as new sales channel integrations, SKU launches, retailer onboarding, or carrier changes.
QUALIFICATIONS
3–5 years’ experience with order management, fulfillment, or supply chain SaaS systems
Experience with Veracore or comparable OMS/WMS platforms preferred
Strong understanding of order lifecycle, inventory control, and carrier shipping processes
Experience troubleshooting systems, managing integrations, and supporting operational users
Experience with 3PL providers and multi-warehouse environments preferred
Familiarity with shipping carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS), EDI, API workflows, and e-commerce order management preferred
Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
May be required to complete and pass Public Trust Security Clearance

WORK ENVIRONMENT
This position is predominantly held in a clerical environment and may also work or access the production floor in an industrial warehouse setting.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, and vibration. The noise level in the work environment can be loud.
