CARBAGAS AG, a company of the Air Liquide Group, produces and supplies high-quality gasses for industrial and medical application among others. In parallel, the company develops and settles tailored gas systems in technical terms. We are everywhere in your daily life and you do not see us! From the gas in your lemonade to the chip in your smartphone through the reduction of gas emission, we take part to our customers’ innovative development of applications.

How will you contribute and grow?

Provide administrative support to the commercial activity and/or to the customers/patients, like contract management, customer organizations' interfaces, payors' interfaces (States or Private Insurance).
EXCLUDE : jobs whose main mission is invoicing & cashing management (should be coded in the Job Family "Finance & Controlling", in the Group Job "Cash Management")

• Professionelle Auftragsabwicklung & Kundenberatung: Du übernimmst die präzise Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Bestellungen für Flaschengase, Spezial- und Medizinalgase sowie die dazugehörige Ausrüstung und Installationen. Dabei bist du über verschiedene Kanäle der kompetente Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden.

• Qualitätssicherung im Datenmanagement: Durch deine sorgfältige Verwaltung von bestellbezogenen Daten und Einstellungen sicherst du einen reibungslosen Ablauf und vermeidest proaktiv Fehler bei Lieferungen und Rechnungen.

• Mitgestalter der digitalen Customer Journey: Du berätst unsere Kunden aktiv zu den optimalen Bestell- und Informationskanälen (z. B. EDI, unser Kunden-Website-Portal oder das Vertriebspartnerportal) und unterstützt sie als digitaler Guide bei der Nutzung.

• Verantwortung in regulierten Märkten: Bei der Auftragsprüfung behältst du die spezifischen und hohen Qualitätsanforderungen sensibler Branchen wie Medizintechnik, Pharma und Food stets sicher im Blick.

• Blick über den Tellerrand: Du bringst dein Praxiswissen flexibel in spannende Projekte ein und unterstützt das Team tatkräftig bei internen und externen Audits.

Are you a match?

• Ausbildung Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung erfolgreich abgeschlossen.

• EDV & Systeme Du besitzt gute Anwenderkenntnisse in gängigen Systemen, konkret im ERP-System (SAP), im CRM (Salesforce.com) sowie im Umgang mit den Google Apps.

• Sprachkompetenz Du kommunizierst absolut stilsicher auf Deutsch (sehr gut in Wort und Schrift / Level 1). Französisch, Englisch oder Italienisch sind von Vorteil.

• Kommunikation & Teamwork: Du bist stark im direkten Austausch mit verschiedenen Abteilungen und Partnern.
  Zu deinen regelmäßigen Schnittstellen gehören: Customer Service und Vertriebspartnerbetreuung, Vertrieb, Finance & Administration, Disposition.
