This position reports to:

Order Handling Manager

Your Role: Own the Challenge

In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide technical, order management, and payment-related support to both internal and external customers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure complete ownership and timely resolution of customer requests while contributing to continuous improvements in customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

The work model for the role is: Hybrid

Please note that global relocation and LTA support are not available for this position.

This role contributes to the Motion Industrial Motors Division in San Luis Potosí, Mexico.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely resolution of customer issues by coordinating with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain Management, Finance, and other internal and external stakeholders.
  • Recommend appropriate solutions for customer requests and coordinate with the relevant teams to ensure end-to-end management of the request (e.g., production planning, scheduling, pricing, quotations, invoicing, and delivery).
  • Proactively keep customers informed about the status of their requests and address any questions or concerns.
  • Prepare and analyze reports and key performance indicators (KPIs), including forecasts and sales performance metrics, and share insights with management.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in order handling, order management, or customer support operations.
  • Experience working with SAP.
  • Experience coordinating with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance teams.
  • Experience monitoring, analyzing, and reporting KPIs.
  • Intermediate English proficiency, both written and spoken.
  • Technical knowledge of electric motors is a plus.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to change, and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
