Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)

In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide customer support to achieve target levels of service quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Each day, you will implement customer support strategy to increase operational excellence and customer satisfaction in the sales process. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting achievement of established targets by overseeing progress and implementing improvement actions as needed.


The work model for the role is: onsite

This role is contributing to the ELSP P&F in Jiangmen, Guangdong, China

This Position reports to: Order Handling & Customer Support Manager

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Focusing on achievement of defined targets, including requested on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction .
  • Processing orders by coordinating with Sales, Product Marketing, Logistics, and other internal teams to ensure that customers receive accurate and timely delivery of products.
  • Acting as the first port of call for customers’ queries and orders and ensuring the resolution of customer issues.
  • Supporting in pre-sales or after-sales service by resolving customer issues and ensuring effective and efficient customer communication by utilizing specific commercial communication tools.
  • Support all administrative tasks and ensure that day-to-day operations run smoothly, such as Order Booking, pricing, shipment arrange and status updates, and payment correction
  • Customer master data’s checking, application and maintenance
  • Identify and resolve potential issues
  • Internal control for O2C process, optimize the commercial related process


Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)
  • Bachelor’s degree with international trade, marketing administration or equivalent experience.
  • At least one-year of relevant office experience (sales assistant experience preferred).
  • Familiar with export business procedures.
  • Basic low voltage industrial product knowledge
  • CET 6 or above, fluent speaking and writing English
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP SD, EXCEL skills or data analysis
  • Confident and independent to solving problems.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Good team spirit and highly motivated working under pressure
