Job Description

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Identifying customer requests in Salesforce and assigning tickets to the appropriate queues
  • Handling customer inquiries related to order status and delivery status
  • Creating new cases in Salesforce
  • Supporting order changes, including cancellation, postponement, and sending order confirmations
  • Requesting proof of delivery

Your Qualifications

  • Actively pursuing a degree
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English (min. B2 level)
  • Knowledge of German is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive and eager to learn
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

  • Able to work 30 hours per week (we offer a flexible schedule to balance studies and internship) is advantageous
