Job Description

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers for a defined order portfolio, ensuring timely, proactive, and accurate communication throughout the order lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the full order scope and schedule, including order entry, collection, shipment coordination, and customer communications.
  • Create, process, and manage sales orders in SAP S/4 as they progress through the site.
  • Review customer purchase orders to ensure all required information is accurately entered into SAP S/4 and processed in compliance with site procedures, regulatory requirements, and trade compliance policies.
  • Foster a positive and professional working environment that challenges the status quo, promotes continuous improvement, and drives an exceptional customer experience.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of all internal and customer-facing activities, submittals, and approvals required to support order delivery and payment milestones.
  • Ensure on-time shipment of goods and accurate processing of progress and final invoices, bonds, letters of credit, and other financial documentation required to secure timely cash collection.
  • Proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks on critical path items to keep order execution on schedule.
  • Maintain end-to-end ownership of assigned orders, including final cash collection, as applicable.
  • Build and sustain effective working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Support team members and demonstrate a collaborative mindset, contributing beyond immediate responsibilities when needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in order management, customer service, or supply chain operations.
  • Experience managing sales orders, invoices, and shipping documentation in SAP S/4.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with high proficiency in English; (Advanced level mandatory)
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred

  • Experience with SAP administration, contract review and pricing.
  • Strong interpersonal and relational communication skills, with confidence in customer and stakeholder interactions.
  • Additional languages are a plus.
