Order Fulfillment Specialist-OFS is responsible for ensuring that the specified scope (package /material) is completely
delivered at the required location and at the right time as per contractual requirement. Impacts quality of own work and the work of others on the team. Focused on execution of standard enabling activities/provision of advice subject to policy and work routines within an enabling discipline. There may be some latitude to rearrange the sequence to complete task/duties based on changing situations. Roles and Responsibilities
Owning Quality, costs (as per sourcing contract) and on time delivery of the material and services for the Project.
Actively supports engineering & quality discipline for expediting of critical documentation. The OFS (order fulfillment specialist) shall also review and monitor critical documents submittal and approval status with Engineering and Quality function for timely release of Manufacturing clearance to meet “On time delivery” target.
Work with cross functional teams like Engineering, sourcing, logistics, planner to ensure the on-time delivery of documents (drawings, quotations, etc.) required to be obtained from suppliers
Ensure timely issuance of the purchase orders.
Periodic progress monitoring of suppliers and reporting to PPLM (project procurement logistics manager).
Establishes the procurement schedule where applicable for all the assigned individual products / commodities in project.
Follows up timely closure of NCRs (site and Shop) related to suppliers
Works with suppliers to overcome delays with mutually agreed mitigation plan
Oversees claim management with the suppliers in coordination with Project procurement leader/Buyer and the project.
Establishes the monthly progress report, cost summary sheet and claim summary sheet for each vendor, thus facilitating updating of database procurement risk and opportunity for the project.
Supports compliance with the Quality and EHS (Environment Health and safety) rules as applicable to the procurement function.
Key Performance Indicators
Performance is measured against the following indicators:
On time delivery of suppliers’ performance.
On time placement of Purchase Orders' s for the projects
Execution within budget according to sourcing contracts
Successful claim management against third parties.
Objectives, Targets and Performance Measurements are defined on a yearly basis.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor degree in Supply Chain / project management with at least 8 years of relevant experiences in project environment. Experience in Substation Project will be an added advantage.

Negotiation skills either with supplier base or with customers.
