We're looking for an organised and customer-focused Order Fulfilment Administrator to join our Supply Chain team.

In this role, you'll play an important part in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently. You'll manage order fulfilment from start to finish, maintain contract accuracy, support customers and work closely with internal teams to keep things moving.

Whether you're looking to build on your administration experience or take the next step in your career, this is a great opportunity to join a supportive team and gain exposure to a wide range of business processes.

You'll bring:

  • Strong administration, organisation and communication skills

  • Experience in customer service, sales support or a similar administrative role

  • A keen eye for detail and confidence working with information and systems

  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and business systems

  • A systems-focused mindset and an organised approach to work

  • Experience with accounts receivable and/or accounts payable processes

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience using Microsoft D365

  • An interest in agriculture, horticulture or the wider rural sector
