Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for an Order Fulfillment Technician to join our ever evolving operations team and help shape the future of global commerce. *This is a part-time opportunity.
What you’ll own
- Execute end-to-end fulfillment and deployment activities, including picking, packing, shipping, and preparing payment technology solutions for customer delivery.
- Configure, stage, and validate POS devices, payment terminals, and peripherals, including imaging systems, installing software, and setting up customer-specific applications.
- Perform quality assurance testing and troubleshooting to ensure all hardware, software, and connectivity components are fully functional prior to shipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, perform cycle counts, and ensure compliance with asset tracking and inventory control processes.
- Partner cross-functionally with operations, product, implementation, and support teams to resolve issues, improve processes, and ensure successful customer deployments.
What you’ll bring
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in technology deployment, IT support, fulfillment operations, or a related field.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain attention to detail, and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
It’s a bonus if you have
- Experience supporting payment technology, merchant services, or retail technology deployments.
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals, device connectivity, or remote troubleshooting.
Experience with inventory systems or platforms such as NetSuite, Salesforce, or similar tools.
Hands-on experience configuring POS systems, payment terminals, or similar hardware and software environments.
