Requirements

SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Works primarily in a greenhouse environment.
• Perform daily maintenance operations on the plants, such as watering, weeding, and pruning.
• For 8in plants apply saucers and sleeves.
• Shine spray 8 in plants.
• For 6 in hanging baskets must install hangers and saucers.
• Assist with pulling orders.
• Maintain work area in a clean and orderly condition.
• Maintain a safe working environment.

Specific Skills & requirement

• Ability to count inventory for order pulling.
• Able to safely lift and/or move up to 25lbs.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time.
• Ability to climb or balance as needed.
• Availability to work extended hours to meet deadlines, when necessary.
• Able to work in different weather conditions.
