Job Description

Job Location: Headquarters - Savage, MN 55378
Salary Range: $20.00 - $25.00 Hourly

This role ensures accurate, efficient movement of materials throughout the warehouse, with primary responsibility for operating the Automated Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS) and processing material orders for Production and Shipping.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Excellence
- Operate the ASRS to maintain material flow in and out of the system.
- Resolve machine faults and conveyor backups (HC, RC, etc.) as necessary.
- Process Production material requests through system software.
- Assume other warehouse responsibilities as needed.
Inventory Accuracy
- Notify Supervisor of inventory inaccuracies or operational issues.
- Ensure all aborted tasks are properly processed.
- Perform inventory lookups and communicate non‑ASRS material needs.
- Conduct cycle counts, overrides, and complete physical counts.
Safety & Compliance
- Follow all warehouse safety rules and procedures.

Work Location
This position follows an in-office work model, requiring employees to be on-site at our Beckhoff Automation USA Headquarters daily. This schedule supports collaboration.
Travel
This position requires varying travel ranging from 0-5% which may include day trips, overnight stays, and occasional extended travel depending on business needs. Travel may be local, regional, or national. All travel-related expenses will be reimbursed in accordance with company policy.
