Training Location: Pipestone, MN

PIPESTONE is expanding our warehouse operations into Sioux Falls, SD, and we’re looking for motivated, high‑energy individuals to join our Order Fulfillment team! This is an exciting opportunity to train in Pipestone and be part of the launch of our brand‑new warehouse.

Position Objective

This individual is responsible for receiving and fulfilling orders in a timely and efficient manner. Work independently to accurately prepare orders for shipment and clearly communicate between departments to provide the best possible service to PIPESTONE customers. This is a fast‑paced, high‑energy work environment providing animal health supplies to farmers across the United States.

Role & Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients
• Accurately and efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders
• Understand and utilize SAGE and ScanForce systems
• Inventory management through scanning, tracking, and reporting discrepancies
• Follow established processes, procedures, and bio‑security requirements
• Troubleshoot issues, optimize workflows, and demonstrate strong time management
• Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Communicate effectively with other departments

Qualifications & Education

• High School Diploma or GED required (some college preferred)
• Warehouse experience preferred; leadership experience a plus but not required

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• High‑paced, high‑energy warehouse environment
• Standing and walking for 8–10 hours per day
• Frequent bending, reaching, squatting, and kneeling
• Frequent lifting of 0–50 lbs
• Occasional team lifting up to 100 lbs
• Use of forklifts, pallet jacks, and equipment that may be loud
• Friendly, energetic atmosphere with strong team unity

Additional Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Forklift operation
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
• Ability to attend and participate in meetings
• Projects as assigned
