Coordinate and arrange on-time shipment to customers per each order requirement. Be Site focal contact with Global PSI, Inter-plants, Regions OTR / PJM, Distribution Center, Global S&OP, etc. to meet PSI and Revenue requirement. Be system champion to provide accurate shipment date to be visible for each customer.

Key responsibilities:
• Manage order 100% fulfillment and on-time shipment by collaborating with cross-functions to meet quarterly PSI and Revenue target.
• Prioritize order delivery by considering order requirement, change from customer, material supply status, and production output progress on daily basis.
• Provide visible order fulfilment linked to output plan and material supply and conduct Defect Root Cause investigation to have countermeasures in place.
• Continue streamline cross-functional processes and develop tools to improve forecast accuracy and efficiency while holding Lean mindset to involve / lead Kaizen activities.
• Be aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Policy, Quality Management system and applicable laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree or above, at least 10 years of working experience in Order Management, Master Planning, Material Supply, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management in Manufacturing environment.
• Work and communicate effectively in good written and verbal English.
• MRP / ERP experience and good MS office skills.
• Energy to deliver company goals through creation and comprehensive communication to deploy solid plans.
• Proven strong individual contributions in the context of achieving team goals.
• Digital knowledge is needed.
